Delivery & Returns


We ship to the UK (including Northern Ireland & Isle of Man) & Ireland and much of Europe.

UK Postage is fulfilled by either Royal Mail or by courier where the item is above 2KG. We regularly review the success of our logistics partners with a view to offering the best service

We dispatch all orders from our Games Store within a working day (we also work saturdays!) and aim to dispatch all Mail Orders and 3D Printed kits within a week.

Please note that we take every care to protect your purchases with good packaging, but we will often re-use items such as cardboard boxes to help do our piece for the environment!

If your delivery has any problems/faults/damage then please contact us immediately and we will work together to come to a suitable arrangement for you. Our Mission is exceptional service!

Overseas : We want to focus on establishing the core of our business working very smoothly. As such, we are currently only offering shipping to the UK and Europe. But please contact us if you would like an item and we will work with you wherever you play your games!


Pre-orders are paid for at point of purchase.  We are not yet resourced to front entire print runs for our customers. But we understand things change and you can always approach us if you need to ammend your orders. 

We will do absolutely everything we can to get your pre-order items to you. If, however, our supply situation changes we will fulfill pre-orders in the order they were placed. Where we cannot meet your requirement on our first wave due to some manufacturing challenges at supplier etc then we will contact you as soon as we know and offer you the choice to either wait or receive a full refund.

If you order in stock items along with preorder items, we will hold your shipment until all items are available. If you would like your in stock items delivered sooner, please make a separate order for them.

All preorder dates are estimates and are dependent on our suppliers, they are subject to change and variability. The estimates are as accurate as we can make them and if they change after you order we will keep you updated. 

Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Items with obvious signs of use
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges / Faulty or Damaged Items (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If it was a faulty/damaged item, we will reimburse your reasonable shipping costs.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
